Q: Can I use this in my social media such as YouTube?

A: Yes! All of our music is royalty-free, so you can use it in any project without any worry.
 

Q: What happens if I get a copyright notice from YouTube?

A: Unfortunately, we do need to protect ourselves from theft, so sometimes you may find a copyright notice when you upload your video. If you do happen to get a copyright notice, all you need to do is email support@identifyy.com with proof of purchase (such as your license certificate) and the notice will be removed, typically in 2-3 days.

Q: I am a subscriber, can you whitelist my channel so that I don't get copyright notices every time?

A: If you wish to be whitelisted through the duration of your subscription, please drop us an email here with proof of purchase and the name of your YouTube channel.

Q: Can I use the track in multiple projects?

A: Of course! Once you have paid for a track you are free to use it in as many projects as you like.

Q: Can I get custom-made music?

A: You can request custom music through the Contact page, where we can talk about your needs one on one.

Q: Can I share this music with friends/colleagues?

A: Unfortunately not. The license you get is specific to you alone.
